What I Do
I have been teaching Indonesian language for non-native speakers since 2007. It has been a passion of mine to help non-native speakers to communicate in Indonesian, in particular by understanding the underlying culture. I also do translation, interpretation, copywriting, and anything in relation to languages (English and Indonesian) and communication.
Who I Am
Born in Jogja, I grew up in Cirebon, West Java, to later returned for High School and University. Spent 13 months living and working in Hanoi, Vietnam when I was 20 years old, I had my world view changed drastically: different is not weird.
Ubud, Bali, is the place I call my second home -- my first home is wherever my mother is.
